Event Details

Our Mental Toughness Training programs start with the MeTa4 workshop (4 due to the fact that we cover 4 key mental skills). This half-day group session provides easy-to-use solutions (mental skills) to some of the most common psychological challenges of high performance and can be tailored to suit both the biggest and smallest of groups and organisations. Individuals might like to join one of our pre-organised groups (see below). All sessions are run by one or more of our sport & performance psychologists and are very similar to the group sessions we run with the professional sporting teams we work with. We are confident that it is the most effective introduction to how to develop mental toughness in yourself or others available anywhere in Australia.
